ELECTRIC STATIC PRECIPITATOR

The high-voltage DC electric field is used to charge the dust particles in the dust-containing gas. Under the action of the electric field force, they are deposited on the surface of the settling pole. Then, under the action of the vibration force, the flake-shaped dust falls into the ash hopper. , so that the flue gas passing through the electrostatic precipitator can be purified and meet environmental protection emission standards. It is an ideal equipment for purifying industrial waste gases such as thermal power generation, metallurgy, papermaking, building materials, and non-ferrous metals.

Technical Description

A. Strengthen the overall airflow distribution from the electric field inlet end

It adopts a blocking and diversion type airflow distribution device, which is composed of a porous plate and a guide blade. The porous plate has a large opening diameter, a high opening rate, the holes are not easy to be blocked, and the fluid resistance is small. The flue gas is guided by the guide blades. The lead can enter the electric field more uniformly. The folded edges greatly enhance the rigidity of the porous plate and will not deform even after long-term wear and tear.


B. Choose a reasonable pole matching type and double corona wire technology

The dust concentration and properties of each electric field are different, and the cathode wires selected for different electric fields should also be different. The dust concentration in the front-stage electric field is high and the particle size is coarse. A large current is required to quickly charge the dust. Therefore, the burr wire is selected and paired with the 480C anode plate at a ratio of 1:1 to enhance the discharge performance and overcome corona confinement. The electric field concentration of the rear stage is low, the particle size is fine, and there are many high specific resistance dusts that are difficult to collect. It requires a higher electric field voltage and a more uniform plate current density to overcome the back corona phenomenon. Therefore, a high-nickel stainless steel spiral wire with more uniform discharge performance and better dust cleaning effect is selected, and paired with a 480c anode plate at a ratio of 2:1. Make each electric field play its full role to improve the utilization rate of the anode plate and more effectively ensure the dust removal efficiency.


C. Secondary dust emission is small

Both the cathode and the anode are mechanically rapped from the side, and the adjacent rapping hammers are staggered at a certain angle. During rapping, each pole row and the front and rear electric fields are rapped in turn. The cathode rapping has many stress points and a short transmission distance. A small rapping force can achieve good dust cleaning effect. The inner groove plate of the outlet horn is used to absorb dust raised by the final electric field to achieve secondary dust collection.


D. High reliability

The new Bs thorn wire and protection device ensure that the cathode wire is not disconnected or disconnected. Each friction surface of the rapping system is equipped with alloy steel bushings to improve service life and reliability. The integral hoop prevents the hammer from falling. The double-layer cavity structure of the lower ash hopper is heated and combined with air cannon to prevent ash clogging. The insulator's single chamber is heated and dust-proof, minimizing the potential for creepage and breakdown.


E. Easy maintenance and low maintenance costs

The anode plate is freely suspended and the cathode wire is connected by bolts, making it very convenient to replace. Some domestic manufacturers use top electromagnetic rapping, and the cathode wire and frame are welded structures, making it very difficult to replace the cathode wire. When repairing roller-type dust bearings, only the supporting rollers need to be replaced, avoiding the need for complete replacement of the bearing seat. When repairing a vibrating hammer with a wear-resistant sleeve, only the hammer head needs to be replaced, avoiding the need to replace the entire hoop.
