SH Series
1. Overview of SH series rotary screen:
SH series rotary screen is a new type of screening equipment developed by our company after years of practice and absorbing the advantages of similar products at home and abroad. Its high screening rate is particularly suitable for screening sticky and wet materials, and the sieve holes are not easily blocked. Therefore, it is widely used in the screening and grading of raw coal, sand, crushed stone, and other materials in industries such as electric power, mining, metallurgy, building materials, and chemical engineering.
2. Structure and working principle of SH rotary screen equipment:
This machine is mainly composed of motor, reducer, roller device, frame, and other mechanisms. The roller device is arranged obliquely.
The motor is connected to the drum mechanism through a reducer, and drives the drum mechanism to rotate around its axis. When materials enter the drum device, due to the inclination and rotation of the drum device, qualified materials (products under the screen) are discharged through the screen of the outer circle of the drum, and unqualified materials (products on the screen) are discharged through the end of the drum.
The roller device is sealed through the body sealing cover to ensure that the equipment effectively prevents dust escape and dust pollution during operation. When replacing the screen, you only need to open the sealing cover of the machine body to replace it, which is convenient to operate.
3. Installation and commissioning of SH type rotary screen:
3.1. This machine is supplied as a unit after assembly by our company. After receiving it, the user should carefully inspect it in order to identify and eliminate any adverse issues that may arise during transportation.
3.2. The following issues should be noted during machine installation and adjustment:
3.2.1 The horizontal deviation of the machine is required to be no more than 1mm/m.
3.2.2. No other objects are allowed to be erected on all components of the equipment to avoid affecting the strength and stiffness of the equipment.
3.2.3 After installation, remove the installation tools, etc., and no foreign matters are allowed to remain in the drum.
3.2.4 When installing the feed hopper, be careful not to interfere with the drum device. The gap between the feed hopper and the inner hole of the end face of the drum device should be at least 10mm.
3.2.5 All fasteners of the equipment shall be firmly fixed and reliable without looseness.
3.2.6 After the machine is properly installed and adjusted, and further confirmation, no-load commissioning can be carried out.
3.3 No-load test run
3.3.1 After continuous operation for 2 hours, the bearing temperature rise shall not exceed 35 °.
3.3.2 All fasteners shall be firmly fixed without looseness.
3.3.3. No excessive abnormal sound.
3.3.4 After confirming that there is no abnormality in the no-load test run, the loaded test run can be carried out.
3.4 Load test run
3.4.1. The equipment should be started first and can be uniformly loaded until it is fully loaded after normal operation.
3.4.2 The equipment shall not have excessive periodic or significant impact sound.
3.4.3. Continuous operation for 8 hours, bearing temperature rise not exceeding 35 °
3.4.4 Stop feeding before parking, and wait until the materials in the drum are completely discharged before parking.
3.4.5. If the above conditions are met, it can be put into production and use.
3.4.6 It is not allowed to make adjustments while the equipment is running.
4. Lubrication of screening equipment
4.1. Frequently pay attention to and timely do a good job in lubricating various parts of the equipment to ensure the normal operation of the machine and extend the service life of the equipment.
The lubricating grease used for this machine is calcium based lubricating grease.
The user determines the lubrication cycle according to the specific operating conditions, and pays attention to cleaning the equipment dirt every shift.
The equipment body is equipped with four lubrication points, which are respectively arranged on the head and tail bearing seats on both sides of the equipment.
Lubrication of equipment should be carried out during shutdown.
4.6. The motor reducer shall comply with its instructions.
5. Equipment maintenance
5.1 The equipment shall be watched and managed by special personnel.
Equipment maintenance should be carried out during shutdown. Maintenance and repair while the equipment is in operation is not allowed.
Equipment management and maintenance personnel should regularly inspect the operation of the equipment, such as whether all fasteners are firmly fixed and reliable, and whether rotating parts rotate flexibly.
6. Use:
6.1. After the machine operates normally, the feeding can be started.
Under normal working conditions, the temperature rise of the bearing should not exceed 30 °, and the maximum temperature should not exceed 70 °. If the above temperature is exceeded, the vehicle should be stopped immediately, the cause should be identified, and the fault should be eliminated in a timely manner.
Before stopping, stop feeding and wait until the materials in the drum device are completely discharged before turning off the motor.
