Functions of Drain Pump
Working Medium Recovery: Recover condensate from steam pipelines, heaters, cylinders and other components, reduce water supplement loss, and improve cycle thermal efficiency.
Safety Protection: Timely drain accumulated water to avoid water hammer and corrosion of cylinders/pipelines, ensuring the vacuum degree of the steam turbine and equipment safety.
System Regulation: Cooperate with frequency conversion and regulating valves to stabilize the water level of the heater and adapt to the variable load operation of the unit.

Kaiquan Pump
Kaiquan NW Series LP Heater Drain Pump handles saturated condensate water up to 135℃. Anti-cavitation hydraulic design ensures excellent performance for 12.5MW–30MW thermal power plants. Segmental multistage structure provides high flow, high head and high efficiency. Water-cooled jacket and standard mechanical seal ensure reliable operation. Balance disc reduces axial pulsation for stable running.

Zhonglian Pump
