Q What is your warranty policy for equipment and spare parts?
A Our standard warranty is 12 months after shipment or on-site acceptance, whichever comes first. For critical core components (boiler parts, pressure pipes, etc.), we support extended warranty terms based on project needs. We also provide long-term after-sales technical support for equipment operation and maintenance.

Q Can you provide official material certificates and inspection reports?
A Yes. All metal products (boiler pipes, valves, pressure parts, etc.) are supplied with EN 10204:2004 Type 3.1 Material Test Certificates (MTC) issued by the manufacturer. We also cooperate with third-party inspection companies (SGS, CCIC, etc.) for additional quality verification as required.
