ROTARY SOOTBLOWER

Rotary sootblower is mainly applied to clean ash deposit on the heating surface of tubes
such as flue and ecnomizer, which located at low gas temperature zone.
The lance tube is placed in furnace for long term and cleaning the ash deposit while rotating.
the blower angle is controlled by cam and blowing circle-controlled by control box.

The nozzles must aim at the gap of boiler tubes. Before blowing, the nozzles usually are downward.
The material of lance tube is determined by gas temperature of soot blowing area.
