Used for Turbine Main Steam Piping system;
The model of Turbine is N7.5MW with pressure 4.9Mpa and
steam temperature 470℃；
The start valve is not only a security mechanism, but also a control valve that opens the main steam valve.
When the safety oil has been established and you want to open the main valve, first turn the starting valve handwheel clockwise down until it stops, and then slowly turn the starting valve handwheel upwards counterclockwise until it stops.
During the opening of the start valve, the high-pressure oil drain port will be slowly closed, the oil pressure for opening the main valve will slowly rise, and the main valve will slowly open as the oil pressure slowly rises.
